Sentir, écouter son corps,  savoir reconnaître les sensations physiques de chaque émotion, communiquer, s’informer,  

Être apte à reconnaître ses symptômes physiques et les sensations associées à ses émotions nous permet de prévenir et/ou d’intervenir, plutôt que d’attendre que quelqu’un d’autre s’en occupe. De couper les symptômes sans aller aux causes, peut faire empirer une maladie et en créer d’autres. 

N’avons nous pas tous, le devoir de développer notre conscience ? Après manger… Observez-vous, concentrez-vous sur vos sensations. Si vous avez une goutte au nez, si vous ne pouvez plus bouger ou autre malaise, pensez à ce que vous avez mangé et écrivez le sur un tableau, semaine par semaine.

ALLERGIE OU INTOLÉRANCE ? 

Si vous sentez une réaction immédiate, c’est une allergie. Si ce sont des intolérances, vous ne vous en apercevrez pas tout de suite, mais peut-être au bout de deux jours ou même deux mois. Sachez donc suffisamment vous informer pour comprendre quels sont les effets pathogènes de ces réactions et comment les déceler. Les connaissances scientifiques sur votre état de santé, vous aideront à faire l’effort d’adapter votre alimentation. Soyez vigilant de ne pas en être devenu dépendant, car à un stade avancé, le cerveau se laisserait berner par des bactéries pathogènes il pourrait même perdre la maîtrise de lui-même et se laisser dicter par ces bactéries qui n’ont qu’un seul but : Vivre et se reproduire, au dépens du porteur de maladies, donc elles arriveraient à tromper notre cerveau et faire qu’il demande les aliments néfastes et toxiques, c’est le stade de la dépendance.

Se sentir grossir, perdre du poids ou avoir des certitudes, pensées, impressions ou des angoisses hors réalité, du stress sans raisons, des crispations, sont des symptômes d’intolérance alimentaire et d’effets d’opiacés alimentaires, sous la dégradation du corps par les métaux lourds toxiques.

Les occasions qui permettent d’éveiller sa conscience, n’est pas facile, pour tout un chacun, mais il est possible de s’accorder l’importance et la valeur à laquelle nous avons tous droit.  A juste titre, si vous êtes sur mon site, je présume que vous cherchez à prévenir ou vous guérir d’un trouble quelconque.

Octroyez-vous la gentillesse d’avoir le contrôle de votre réalité, faites-vous faire les tests sanguins en laboratoire médical, pour savoir adapter votre alimentation. L’excellente expérience de devenir  un jour autonome dans sa santé ne serait-elle pas la plus grande des richesses ?  Un gain de paix phénoménal vous envahirait, comme un trésor précieux, des bijoux dans vos émotions et dans les valeurs que vous octroyez à votre très chère personne.   

Toutes les idées, pensées, croyances, actions, sentiments, regroupés depuis tout temps et toute dimension, ne proviennent elles pas uniquement d’une conscience unifiée et collective des humains moutons, dépourvus d’initiatives, d’esprit créatif, d’originalité et de génie ? Vous voilà tous voués à tort à une réalité dite objective, seule et unique ! Mais qui vous font vivre dans de grandes souffrances.

Vivre dans la véritable conscience multidimensionnelle, écouter son corps et lui donner toute son importance est très personnel car contrairement à ce qu’on veut essayer de nous faire croire, personne d’autre que nous même avons le pouvoir de nous guérir.
